Our research team is studying AMR in different human impacted environments with molecular methods such as array-qPCR, epicPCR, Inverse-PCR and metagenomics. Our main aim is to find out the contribution of the environment for the evolution and spread of antibiotic resistance. We are especially interested in understanding the role of the human activities related to the environment for antibiotic resistance.
